  All thanks to Josh for his dedicated care over the past 14 months and especially for diagnosing my problem and pushing for onward referral. All the time and energy you devoted to assisting me during this period is so appreciated and I am happy and relieved to advise that since surgery I have had no pain and sleep deprivation is now history.
